We are pleased to announce that in August we successfully completed the first closing of our new sub-fund under the umbrella RAIF, ANTWORT BUYOUTS – SOUTHERN EUROPE FUND, reaching total commitments of EUR 25.4 million.
A second closing is scheduled for October and the final closing for December.
This new sub-fund has been established to provide our investors with access to Portobello Capital Fund V, leveraging Portobello’s strong experience and proven track record in Southern European buyouts, particularly in Spain.
